Employee (m/f/d) 1st & 2nd level support for automated logistics systems (M/F/D)*
In this position, you are the contact person (m/f/d) for our customers in the event of malfunctions and problems and, together with the team in Teunz, ensure that our logistics systems run smoothly and our customers are satisfied customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- You support our customers worldwide with technical issues and are their contact person
- You resolve software problems by phone and remote access, you carry out fault analyses, log them and monitor the customer servers
- You document your customer support activities in our ticket system
- You coordinate 3rd level activities and service calls and plan, implement and document software adjustments in the customer environment
- You are also on call and work shifts with attractive additional remuneration
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Knowledge of the operating systems Linux, Windows and/or Windows Server
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL or PL/SQL knowledge is an advantage, ideally experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Java)
- Strong service awareness and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues
- Motivated, independent and reliable teamwork
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
