WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Management of automation projects in the sales phase

  • Building binding relationships with decision-makers at all levels

  • Creation and implementation of a project sales strategy

  • Regularly conducting customer and competitor analyses

  • Leading the project team for the individual sales opportunities until the project is handed over for implementation

  • Collaboration with upstream and downstream departments

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed higher technical education in the field of mechanical engineering

  • Sales experience, preferably in plant engineering / intralogistics

  • Technical understanding of automation processes and workflows

  • Knowledge of strategic and structured sales in the plant business

  • High social, analytical and technical competence as well as leadership qualities

  • Customer orientation and a strong focus on success and results

  • High level of service orientation, communication skills and assertiveness

  • Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel on business
