Field Service Engineer (M/F/D)*

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs as well as recurring tests (e.g. UVV)

  • Identifying and eliminating malfunctions and preparing malfunction analyses and service reports

  • Support of defined customers as well as contact on the construction site 

  • Maintenance of tools and equipment 

  • Training of employees and customers 

  • Support of the sales department in technical matters 

  • Optimal support of TGW products and the associated achievement of the highest possible equipment availability for the customer over the entire life cycle

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed technical training and/or mechatronic and electrical know-how from relevant training and further education.

  • Ideally already experience in the maintenance of automated systems

  • Willingness to travel (75%) and a valid driving licence for passenger cars

  • Independent and customer-oriented way of working

  • Reliability, flexibility and a high degree of willingness to learn

  • Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious thinking/action

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
