Receiving and processing support tickets

Preparation of quotations, as well as planning and follow-up of maintenance and inspections

Scheduling and order coordination of service technicians

Support for spare parts requests
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
-
Completed technical training (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering or similar)
-
Professional experience in dealing with customers, ideally in technical customer support
-
Basic knowledge of business administration
-
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (B2)

High degree of willingness to serve, communication skills and ability to work under pressure
-
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
-
Willingness to travel 25% of the time
