WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
-
Responsibility for supplier management and its assessment, e.g. supplier selection, risk assessment, supplier evaluations and strategic supplier development

Active implementation for the design and optimization of the material group strategy

Contact person and link for our internal and external stakeholders
-
Independently negotiating prices and conditions as well as drafting and concluding supplier contracts
-
Carrying out strategic analyses to uncover potential savings and optimizations
-
Regular creation and preparation of reports
-
Development opportunities to become a manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
-
Completed studies in a technical or commercial field (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration) or a comparable qualification
-
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
-
High level of analytical skills, an affinity for numbers and a strategic mindset characterize you
-
Technical understanding and interest in the world of intralogistics
-
Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
-
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
