WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Organisation and coordination of business trips

Negotiating contracts and partnerships with travel agencies and service providers

Travel expense management: monitoring and controlling travel expenses and increasing cost efficiency

Analysing and improving travel processes
-
Support in the event of problems and emergencies while travelling

Supporting the organisation of the vehicle fleet (booking pool vehicles / scheduling tyre changes and maintenance appointments, etc.)
-
Temporary workstation at the front desk (in stand-in situations) to receive visitors
-
Supervision of travel management with interface to the travel agency
-
First point of contact for incoming questions (travel agency and internal)

Processing and support for secondment and visa issues
-
Preparation of travel documents and timely submission of applications

Setting up a database for travel bookings

Preparation of current guidelines & travel regulations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
-
Degree in tourism, business administration or comparable qualification
-
Experience and knowledge in travel management, general office processes and office work
-
Very good knowledge of German & English
-
Confident handling of MS Office programmes

Independent, reliable and careful way of working as well as a high level of commitment

Quick comprehension and proactive behaviour
