WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Responsible for the strategic and operational HR support of defined specialist areas

Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related issues and labor law matters

Supervision/support and first point of contact for employees in various matters (incl. conflict management)

Supporting departments in the implementation of HR planning and recruiting employees at all levels, including appropriate HR marketing
-
Holistic HR support along the employee life cycle and corresponding administrative implementation
-
Trusting cooperation with the necessary interfaces (works council, marketing, global HR team)

Support in the strategic design, further development and implementation of current and future processes in HR work and the associated organization

Support and management of a wide range of HR projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
-
Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR management and/or comparable training with corresponding additional qualifications or professional experience

Sound professional experience in HR, preferably within a medium-sized manufacturing company, as well as experience in working with the works council and implementing the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)

Advanced knowledge of employment law and use of common HR tools and systems

AdA certificate an advantage
