WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Planning the deployment of colleagues in the PLC / Controls department

  • Clarification of the project status with the internal project managers

  • Training organization and management of the training rooms

  • Management of the tool inventory

  • Responsible for the weekly standup and reporting

  • Responsible for cost control (e.g.: analysis and specification of the hourly budget)

  • Support with the onboarding of new colleagues 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Successfully completed craft or technical training and/or further training

  • Basic technical understanding and strong organizational skills

  • Sound knowledge of PLCs to be able to assess issues and derive measures

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in a team

  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
